You're invited to join us on Thursday 26 August as we sip, savour and discover a variety of handpicked drops from Bird in Hand's renowned portfolio.
Set in South Australia, on some of the world’s oldest soils, Bird in Hand Winery is an extraordinary destination full of ancient charm. They produce all wines sustainably, using as little chemical intervention as possible. Their careful methods continue to produce award-winning wines of several varietals and blends, including their shiraz, sparkling pinot noir, riesling, sauvignon blanc, and Italian varietals.
A line-up of four courses (alternate drop) will be served as our very own wine expert guides you through each of the featured wines, which includes their Sparkling Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc, Two in the Bush Merlot and the Honeysuckle Reisling just to name a few.
Price: $100 per person
Time: 6.30pm – 9.30pm
Guests will receive a glass of Bird in Hand sparkling pinot noir on arrival, followed by a four-course dinner (alternate drop) served with matching wines.
