Flavours from the land of smiles
For starters, tuck into popular snacks such as soft spicy fish cakes ($9.90), juicy deep-fried pork spring rolls paired with sweet chilli sauce ($9.90) or Thai-style Chicken Satay skewers ($9.90) to name but a few entrée dishes.
A staple dish from the soup selection is the Tom Yum Goong with chicken ($8.90) one of the main signature dishes that defines Thai cuisine featuring the flavours of coriander, mushroom, kaffir leaves, fresh Thai chilies and fresh lime juice, that all combine to create a healthy and soothing broth that will light up your taste buds.
Popularised by street food dishes, many tasty stir fry favourites can be found throughout the menu at RedEarth Thai some of which include; the tasty ginger stir fry also known as gai pad king in Thailand ($17.90) which can be enjoyed with Chicken Pork, Beef or Seafood. This is one of the mildest of the Thai stir-fries, relying on ginger rather than chilies to add most of the flavour.
One of RedEarth Thai’s speciality curries includes Panang Curry ($17.90) the word “Panang” is derived from the ancient Khmer language that was adopted by the Thai, meaning “cross”. We highly recommend you let this Panang curry cross your plate so you can basque in its thick gravy-like consistency, salty, sweet and nutty peanut flavour which derives from a type of Red Thai curry which is also available from the extensive curry menu.
RedEarth Thai also presents an assortment of rice and noodle dishes, such as Khao Pad ($15.90), Pad See Ew ($17.90), the popular stir-fried Pad Thai ($17.90) with your choice of chicken, beef, pork or prawn as well as Pad Kee Mao ($17.90) which is a Thai style stir fried spicy noodles with your choice of meat, dressed with garlic, fresh chilli, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, sliced bamboo, basil and red/green capsicum.
Guests can also enjoy a homemade dessert of Tapioca ($5.90), Banana in coconut cream ($5.90) or Sweet Black Sticky Rice ($5.90) to end your meal on a sweet note.
